What is checked, and what is not
Checked automatically
- Every citation is checked against the documents you actually supplied. An answer whose only citation is untraceable is downgraded to unanswered, not quietly stripped.
- Every question asked comes back, in the order asked. A question the model skipped returns marked unanswered rather than vanishing.
- The unanswered count is recomputed from the answers, never taken from the model.
Not checked: your responsibility
- Whether the cited document is accurate, current, or describes what your organisation actually does.
- Whether the answer satisfies the asker. A traceable answer can still be the wrong answer for that customer.
- Anything not in the documents you supplied. The system will not infer a control exists because it would be normal to have one.
