The economics
$199/seat/month + $49/client/month
One seat covers you. Each client you manage adds $49 a month. There is no minimum, no annual commitment and no per-framework surcharge.
The arithmetic is meant to be obvious. If you bill a client for a single half-day of AI governance work, that covers their platform cost for most of a year. If you run ten clients, your total is $689 a month — less than one platform's entry subscription for a single organisation.
What you get
Per-client separation
Each client is its own organisation with its own workspace, documents and register. Separation is enforced at the data layer and tested by deliberately attempting cross-organisation access, not by filtering a view.
Reports under your name
Deliverables you can present as your own work product. You did the engagement; the platform produced the documents.
The same output, at portfolio scale
Assessment, policies, risk register, evidence requirements, framework mapping and readiness report — per client, from one place.
Reasoning you can defend
Every score arrives with its arithmetic. When a client challenges a rating in a meeting, you can point at the contributor that produced it rather than saying the tool decided.
Where this fits in an engagement
- Qualify with the free scan. Ten minutes on a call, and the client sees their own score. It converts "you should look at AI governance" into a number they asked about themselves.
- Run the full assessment. The structured intake is the discovery you would have run anyway, with the analysis produced at the end of it instead of over the following week.
- Deliver the documents. Policies and register shaped by that client's intake, not a pack with the name changed.
- Keep the relationship. Reassessment when their systems change, expiring evidence, framework alerts — the recurring reason to be in touch that a one-off policy project never gives you.
Honest limits before you commit
Things worth knowing while you are deciding, rather than after your first client engagement.
- This is not continuous compliance automation. No agents in your clients' cloud accounts, no automated evidence collection. It produces assessments and documents. If your client needs continuous multi-framework monitoring, they need a different category of product.
- Outputs are sometimes withheld. The independent review stage holds back work it cannot clear, and those go to a human queue. On long documents this happens often enough to plan around — do not promise a client a document inside the hour.
- White-labelling is presentational. You present the deliverable as your work product. It does not remove our methodology or the fact that assessment used our engine, and we would not advise telling a client otherwise.
- We are new. No long customer list, no logos to reassure your client with. What we can offer instead is that the method is published in detail and the output shows its arithmetic, which is a fairer basis for judging it than a logo wall.

Questions
Can I resell at my own price?
Yes. You set what you charge your client. Partner pricing is what you pay us.
What happens if I stop?
Your clients' documents are theirs. We will not hold a client's completed work product hostage to your subscription.
Can a client see the platform directly?
That depends on how you want to run the engagement, and it is worth a conversation rather than a policy. Some partners keep the platform entirely behind them; others give the client visibility into their own workspace.
Is there a certification or accreditation for partners?
No, and we would be wary of one that existed after a week. There is no partner exam to pass and no badge to display.

Partner access is set up by hand at this stage, which means you get a real conversation about how you work rather than a signup form. Tell us what you do and how many clients you are thinking about.
