Pricing

Buy an outcome, not a subscription.

Every comparable platform sells an annual contract starting around $5,000, gated behind a sales call. We sell the thing you actually need: an assessment, the documents, a readiness position. One-time, published price, no call. Staying current afterwards is optional and priced separately, because it is a different purchase.

One-time — the outcome

Bought once, yours to keep. No renewal, no seat count, no platform to administer.

AI Risk Assessment

$299

Full structured intake across your systems, data, oversight and vendors. Produces the scored assessment with disclosed arithmetic, the domain-by-domain analysis, the gap report and a remediation plan.

Policy Pack

$499

The document set on its own: AI governance and accountability policy, acceptable use, and supporting standards, shaped by your intake. For teams who have already assessed elsewhere and need the documents to exist.

Best value — the whole position

Readiness Bundle

$899

Everything in the assessment and the policy pack, plus the risk register, evidence requirements, cross-framework mapping and a certification-readiness report written for someone outside your organisation to read. This is the one to buy if a customer, an auditor or a board is the reason you are here.

AI Agent Governance is $1,299 with this bundle. What it produces.

AI Agent Governance Pack

For organisations that run AI agents and need to show what they are, what they may do, and who is watching. Every item below is produced by the product today.

  • Agent inventory (AIBOM): agents grouped into classes, with every instance, model, tool, data source, owner and purpose
  • Per-class risk assessment with a named contributor for every point deducted
  • Gap list across inventory, permissions, input trust, oversight, audit trail, change and incidents
  • AI Agent Governance Policy, acceptable-use standard for agents, and a human-oversight and kill-switch procedure
  • Framework crosswalk: ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, OWASP LLM Top 10, ISO 27001

Covers up to 25 agent classes. A class is one configuration, so the same Copilot setup on 200 seats is one class with 200 instances. Larger estates are quoted at $499 plus $15 per additional class: email us.

Documents are produced by RiskWoven's agents with an independent review stage. They are drafts for a competent person in your organisation to review and adopt.

Built and running. The self-serve purchase link is being restored; until it is, email us and we will set it up.

When a document needs a person behind it

Professional review

from $600

A governance professional reviews a specific output and countersigns it. An add-on for the situations where "reviewed by a person" is the thing being asked for — a board paper, a regulator-facing document, a deal where the questionnaire is the blocker.

Scoped per document. hello@riskwoven.com

Credits, for the work that repeats

Everything above is a thing you buy once and own. Credits cover the work that comes after: a second look at a vendor you have already reviewed, a re-run when your answers change, the twenty-sixth agent in an estate sold with twenty-five. Small, repeatable pieces that are not worth a product of their own.

A credit is worth about a dollar, and less than that in the larger packs. A vendor review costs 20. You are told the price before the run starts and what your balance will be afterwards, and a run never begins unless you have the credits for it.

100 credits

$99

About five vendor reviews. Roughly a dollar a credit.

500 credits

$449

About twenty-five vendor reviews, at roughly 10 per cent less per credit.

2,000 credits

$1,599

For an ongoing vendor programme, at roughly 20 per cent less per credit.

Credits you buy do not expire. Nothing is charged for a run that produces nothing. Your balance and every movement in and out of it are listed in your workspace.

For consultants and MSPs

Partner

$199/seat/month + $49/client/month

Run assessments across a client portfolio from one place, with per-client separation and reports you can present to your clients as your engagement's work product. Every report still says it was written and reviewed by RiskWoven.com, and we would not advise telling a client otherwise. Priced so that a single client engagement covers the seat several times over.

Two commitments about price

Launch pricing is honoured permanently for early customers. If you buy now and we raise prices later, your price does not move. This is a commitment, not an introductory offer with a quiet end date.

We do not discount the one-time work. The $299 and $899 are already the point — an order of magnitude below the cheapest annual commitment in this market, not a percentage off it. The only discount that exists is the $99 saved by taking AI Agent Governance alongside the Readiness Bundle.

Questions people ask before paying

Why is this so much cheaper than the platforms I have been quoted?

Because we are selling something narrower. Those platforms sell continuous compliance automation across many frameworks with evidence collection agents, and their price reflects a sales team and an onboarding motion. We sell the assessment and the documents, produced well, without a call. If you need continuous multi-framework automation with integrations into your cloud accounts, buy one of those instead — we will say so.

What if the output is not usable?

Tell us what was wrong at hello@riskwoven.com and we will make it right: we will re-run it, correct it, or restore the allowance so you can. We would rather carry that cost than have a document with our reasoning in it sitting in your compliance folder doing harm. Purchases are final once the entitlement is granted, so what we offer is the fix rather than the money back.

Do I have to subscribe to anything?

No. Everything a customer can buy is one-time, and the documents are yours. Consultants and MSPs running a client portfolio have a partner tier, which is the only subscription we sell, and it is arranged by email rather than bought here.

Can I buy the assessment and decide about documents later?

Yes, and many do. The $299 assessment stands alone. If you then want the documents, the Policy Pack is available separately — though the Bundle is better value if you already know you need both.

Can I try it before paying?

The free scan is the trial: it shows you the scoring, the reasoning style and the findings before any money changes hands.

What is a credit?

A unit of repeat work. A credit is worth about a dollar, less in the larger packs, and a vendor review costs 20. Before any run that uses credits you are shown the price and the balance you will be left with, and the run does not start unless you have enough.

What uses credits, and what does not?

Credits pay for work beyond what you have already bought. The first run of anything you purchased is covered by that purchase and costs nothing, now and later. The free scan is always free. Questions you ask the workspace assistant are free. What credits cover is the repeat: another vendor, a re-run after your answers changed, an agent estate larger than the one your module priced.

Do credits expire?

Credits you buy do not expire. There is no date on them and no sweep that quietly removes them.

What if a run fails, or the output is no use to me?

A run that produces nothing is not charged. If it fails, or our own review stops the output before it reaches you, the credits go back to your balance and the reversal is listed alongside the charge so you can see it happened. Output you disagree with is a different matter: it was produced, so it is charged, and the answer there is to write to hello@riskwoven.com and tell us what was wrong with it.

What happens when I run out?

The run stops before it starts and nothing is charged. You are told what it would have cost, what you hold, and how many more you need. There is no overdraft, no partial output and no bill arriving later.

Can I see where my credits went?

Yes. Every credit in and out is listed in your workspace with the date, the work it paid for and the amount, including refunds and anything an operator adjusted by hand. Nothing is deleted from that list; a correction is added to it.

Can I get money back for credits I have not used?

Purchases are final, in the same way as everything else here. What we offer instead is that they keep: unused credits do not expire, so they are still there whenever the next piece of work turns up. If you have bought credits you cannot use at all, write to hello@riskwoven.com.

Start where it costs nothing

The scan is genuinely free and the score is genuinely yours. Buy something afterwards only if the output is worth it.
